Chocolate Fudge Protein Cake Balls Ingredients: (Makes ~ 10 Protein Balls)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup blended choc biscuits
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 heaped tbsp of Chocolate Fudge Plant Protein
- 1/8 cup coconut honey
- 1tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips
- Mix until combined, scoop and roll into balls (about 10)
- Coat in 1 cup melted dark chocolate with 1tsp coconut oil, sprinkle with more chopped chocolate
- Store in the fridge and E N J O Y ♡
