This Caramel Protein Single Serve Cake is just what you need to give your day an extra protein boost!
Featuring our Caramel Slice Plant Protein to nourish your body whilst providing you with a protein boost to build lean muscle as well as support muscle recovery.
Caramel Protein Single Serve Cake Ingredients: (1 Serve)
1/2 cup chickpeas (canned or cooked)
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp Caramel Slice Plant Protein
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice (to help it rise)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer it to a small ramekin and bake at 360F for 30 minutes
- Drizzle with melted vegan chocolate & Enjoy!
