SHIPPING DELAYS

Our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network, along with new safety measures to protect their people and customers. Further to this, delays are also occurring as there are fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. International customers can find expected delay times here.

FREE SHIPPING

Is available for both Australian and International orders with our Standard Shipping option.

INTERNATIONAL

Free tracked shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD and $155 AUD to the rest of the world. Please see the table below for shipping costs and timeframes.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number. Free shipping is available on orders over $79.

Please note that shipping timeframes excludes public holidays and weekends.

Heavy orders will incur a different cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are shipped with Australia Post and then passed over to your courier service once the parcel arrives in your country. Customers who receive a tracking number will be sent a link to track your order via Australia Post. Once the parcel arrives in your country, more detailed tracking information will be available on your countries postal website.

Heavy orders will incur a different cost.
