As somebody with endometriosis and also bowel issues as a result of this, I am really enjoying these. The magnesium in the happy cycle blend is a much more pleasing way to take magnesium than through supplements and the taste is very sweet and delicious, it's as though I'm having a cordial every day. It can be difficult to mix with a spoon so with my next purchase I will be buying the whisk attachment to make drinking a more pleasant experience.
The healthy gut blend has been fantastic for my bowel. As someone with ADHD, I often do not feel hungry or eat enough during the day due to side effects from my medication, taking the healthy gut blend with the psyllium husk has certainly made an improvement to my difficulty with my bowel as a result of lacking as much fibre in my diet. In can take a week or so to get used to the husk parts in your drink as well.
Whilst both these supplements should obviously be considered with other treatments, I am finding huge benefits to my owverall health and wellbeing from using both.
