Unicorn Pancakes Tutorial

Base is only 3 ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup almond milk

For the Unicorn Rainbow:

Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina
Unicorn Superfoods Alkalising Blend
Unicorn Superfoods Berrylicious Blend
Unicorn Superfoods Pink Pitaya powder

Toppings: Maple syrup, berries and sprinkles if you desire.

Method:

1. Add 1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup almond milk to a blender and blend until the ingredients are well combined.

2. Divide batter into 4 bowls and add 1 tsp of Blue Spirulina, Alkalising Blend, Berrylicious Blend and Pink Pitaya powder.

3. Once the 4 pancake batters are mixed well with the superfoods pour the pancake batter on a pan and cook each side.

4. Stack the pancakes on a plate. Top with maple syrup, berries and whatever you fancy!
