This blue spirulina oat latte contains protein, vitamins and antioxidants to help increase metabolism and improve digestion. It's a natural way to keep energised and is known for its abundance of B vitamins.
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tsp boiling water
1. Add the blue spirulina, maple syrup and boiling water to a mug and stir until well combined.
2. Froth up the oat milk in a milk frother and once the milk is the right consistency add to your mug.
