- Crust Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup GF roll oats (sub: rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Filling Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup full fat coconut cream
- 1 cup non-dairy white chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Berrylicious Blend
- In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients and pulse until mixture looks like a wet sand.
- Firmly press into prepared tart tins, and refrigerate while you making the filling.
- Melt chocolate with coconut cream, add Berrylicious Blend powder and stir until smooth.
- Pour filling into crust and refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
- Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy 😋
