Berrylicious White Chocolate Tartlets

These delicious tarts are the perfect answer to your sweet tooth craving. Gluten free, Dairy Free and Vegan.


  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup GF roll oats (sub: rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut cream
  • 1 cup non-dairy white chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Berrylicious Blend



  1. In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients and pulse until mixture looks like a wet sand.
  2. Firmly press into prepared tart tins, and refrigerate while you making the filling.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut cream, add Berrylicious Blend powder and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy 😋
