INSTRUCTIONS/HOW TO USE
We recommend adding 1-2 teaspoons of our superfoods to your creative breakfasts, sweets and decorating purposes. However, if you would like a stronger colour or purely for the added health benefits - increase your desired amount. We also recommend 2 heaped tablespoons of our protein powder.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Our products are 100% natural and contain no harmful ingredients. They are suitable for ages 2 years and up.
IS IT SAFE TO TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY/ BREASTFEEDING?
Whilst our products are 100% natural and contain no harmful ingredients. We recommend consulting with your Doctor prior to using Unicorn Superfoods regarding any product you are unsure about.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOURCED FROM?
Unicorn Superfoods sources its raw materials from locations all over the world, including within Australia. For any particular ingredient, it is often sourced from different suppliers from time to time depending on price, availability and seasonal variation. This means we do not have a fixed country of origin for any one ingredient. Our processing facility takes every step to ensure the consistently high quality of raw materials by adhering to HACCP & 1SO 9001 standards and also complying with Australian standards and regulations. HACCP is an international food safety program which consists of systems and procedures to ensure that any potential risks that may affect the food are minimised or eliminated.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, NUT FREE & DAIRY FREE
Our processing facility ensures that all of our products are gluten free, vegan, nut free & dairy free. However, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten, dairy and tree nuts.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We certainly do! All products are available for purchase through our online store and we have a few shipping options available at checkout.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND VAT CHARGES?
Your order might incur charges and are decided by your local customs office and these fees can include (clearance fees, customs duty, good and services tax (GST) and other taxes. Unfortunately, Unicorn Superfoods has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local post office if you are unsure about any fees that might be relevant to you.
WHAT IF I WROTE THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or need to change your details, you can login into your account if you have created one and edit your information. Otherwise, if you did not create an account with us please contact us as soon as possible via email: email@example.com with your full name, order number and details that you would like to amend. Please note that if your parcel has already been dispatched from our shipping facility the courier service might not be able to change the shipping address, therefore your parcel will be returned back to us. Once we receive your package, we will arrange for it be sent out to you again with an additional shipping fee.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL MY PRODUCT IS DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been received, we will dispatch your parcel within 48 hours and you will receive an email to notify you when your item has left our shipping facility. During busy sale periods it can take up to 72 hours for your shipping team to dispatch your order.
I AM HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING MY PARCEL
All International orders are shipping with Australia Post and then passed over to your courier service once the parcel arrives in your country. Customers who receive a tracking will be a sent a link to track your order via Australia Post. Once the parcel arrives in your country, more detailed tracking information will be available on your countries postal website. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Unicorn Superfoods accepts: Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. Afterpay is available for Australian and NZ customers only.
HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over 8 weeks. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight over 8 weeks, and you will receive your order immediately. To use this service simply: • Add your items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal • On the Checkout page, select 'Afterpay' as your Payment Method
