Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Pink Pitaya is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants which can be beneficial for your hair, skin and nail health. Create this delicious and nutritious vibrantly colored smoothie bowl to boost you inner and outer health.

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • Small hand full frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 tbs spoons Pink Pitaya powder
  • 1 tbs vegan protein powder (optional)
  • Splash of nut milk

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender then blend until combined
  2. Decorate your smoothie bowl with fruit, granola, coconut, nuts and toppings!
  3. Enjoy!
