Ocean Smoothie Bowls

These mesmerising smoothie bowls are perfect for those warmer days when all you feel like eating is cold food.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Blue Spirulina
  • Optional: Maple syrup, dates or coconut sugar
  • Top with granola, fruit, coconut flakes or nuts

Method:

1. Blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream, blue spirulina and sea salt and blend until smooth

2. Trop with your favourite fruits and granola, enjoy!
