With Halloween just around the corner these spooky Immunity Pancakes will get you right into the Halloween spirit!
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup sparkling water
1 tablespoon plant oil
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and Immunity Blend powder.
Pour the milk, water and oil into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and stir with a large spoon until well combined.
Heat a large non stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook pancakes until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with all the remaining batter.
Serve with fruits and maple syrup!
