I was curious about this blend, and ended up very pleased! The chocolate flavor is nice, not too sweet, and it makes a great hot or cold beverage. So far, I have tried it as a hot chocolate, and over ice, with unsweetened oat milk and it's delicious. I do think it has a calming effect: both my partner and I had some and enjoyed the feeling of relaxation it provided. I will definitely be buying more in the future!
