this is a great starter matcha, not super bitter or too sweet. Whenever I need a little pick me up during the day, i fix myself something matcha related and i love this powder. Can't go wrong adding this into an iced smoothie or soy latte, even created a pumpkin spice match latte with this during PSL season. LOVED!!
