Create healthy bliss balls in less than 15 minutes. This recipe it healthy and yummy!
- 7 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond powder
- 5 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp powdered vanilla
- 1 tsp Beetroot powder
- 1 tsp Black Goji Berry powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- In a food processor mix together pitted dates, shredded coconut, almond powder, coconut oil and vanilla powder. Mix until smooth and finely combined.
- Separate your mixture in two pieces and put it in two different bowls. Add in one bowl the beetroot powder and in the other bowl the black goji powder. Mix well both mixtures separately.
- Roll the mixtures into balls and refrigerate. Melt the dark chocolate and using a fork, deep a ball into the melted dark chocolate to coat. Place on a tray and chill until chocolate is set.
