Ingredients:
- 1 C desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
- 1/2 C almond meal
- 1 Tbsp pink pitaya powder @unicornsuperfoods
- 1/3 C honey
- 1-2tbsp coconut oil
Method:

Add all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well until combined. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Set aside in the fridge for an hour to firm before serving. Enjoy
