Indulge in these heavenly protein slices! This recipe is packed with protein and has a delicious vanilla flavour.
- 90g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop unicorn superfoods vanilla cake protein powder
- A pinch of salt
- 60g yogurt
- 150 ml plant milk
- 1 big tbsp of bischoff spread/peanut butter
- Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the wet and mix again until it’s smooth.
- Spread evenly in a little pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Once cooled add a layer of bischoff spread/peanut butter, melted chocolate and sprinkles.
