Vanilla Berry Protein Slices
These are the perfect protein snack to have stashed in your fridge. Featuring our vanilla cake plant protein powder.
Ingredients:
-1 cup coconut yoghurt
-1 cup oats
-1 cup almond flour
-1 cup coconut flour
-1/2 cup dessicated coconut
-1/2 cup milled flaxseed
-1-4 cup @unicornsuperfoods vanilla cake protein powder
-2tbsp maple syrup
Method:
1. Mix together and press evenly into a lined tray and pop in the fridge.
2. Mash 1 cup blueberries and 1 cup strawberries and simmer gently until reduced and thickened. Let cool and pour and spread over base. Pop in freezer to set for 30 mins.
3. Slice into bars and coat in melted chocolate of choice, optional sprinkle of freeze dried strawberries.
