PINK PITAYA SMOOTHIE TUTORIAL

This super pink pitaya smoothie is a source of antioxidants and vitamin C making it perfect for boosting hair, skin and nail health.

NICE CREAM RECIPE (SERVES 1):

  • 3 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend in a high speed blender or in a food processor until its creamy. Start on low speed until slightly broken down into smaller pieces and then increase to medium/high speed.
  2. Add more liquid if it does not blend at all.
  3. Pour the nice cream into a glass cup and top with rawnola.
  4. Enjoy! :)
