🌈Rainbow Sushi 🌈


  • Sushi rice
  • 1/2 Tofu
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • Seaweed sheets
  • Vinegar

For the colour:
Blue Spirulina powder
Pink Pitaya powder
Black Goji Berry powder

Dipping sauce:
Tamari (Naturally fermented soy sauce)

1.Cook sushi rice as per the instructions on the packaging
2. Seperate 3 batches of cooked sushi in 3 bowls
3. Slice vegetables and tofu into thin slices
3. Fill 1/4 cup of water and pour into each bowl
4. Add 1 tsp of Blue Spirulina, Pink Pitaya and Black Goji berry to each bowl and mix the colour with the rice. Allow the colour to soak into the rice for 5 minutes and pour the remaining water in the sink
5. Fill sushi maker with rice
6. Add remaining ingredients to the sushi maker and close the sushi maker tightly
7. Take out 1 sheet of seaweed and dab a small about on vinegar towards the ends of the sheet as this makes it easier to roll the sheet
8. Squeeze the sushi out towards the end of the sheet and cut into thin slices
9. Repeat those steps for each colour
