- 250g flour
- 10g baking powder
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 150g coconut yoghurt
- 250ml plant based milk of choice (we use almond milk)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- @unicornsuperfoods blends + superfoods
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together and then add to the dry ingredients.
- To colour, divide mixture up evenly into 5 bowls and mix in one of the superfood blends. Sit mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat up a non stick pan and start cooking your pancakes. Enjoy!
