- 1 1/4 cup canned black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup nut/seed butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods sweet dreams blend
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350°. Blend everything in a good blender.
- Transfer to greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 min. let them cool and enjoy!
