Rainbow Coconut Easter Eggs

Try this guilt free easter egg recipe. Dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free!

Ingredients for filling:

Ingredients for chocolate coating:                                

  • 3/4 cacao powder
  • 1/2 coconut oil
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • Vanilla


  1. Process ingredients for filling together to form dough like mixture. Separate into 3 bowls to add in colouring. Roll balls of mixture into egg shape and freeze for 1/2 hr
  2. Mix chocolate coating ingredients together to make dip for eggs. Allow chocolate to set
  3. Dip each egg a few times in the chocolate coating to ensure each egg is fully covered
  4. Place eggs in the freezer for 3-4 hours to set
  5. Enjoy! :)
