Make your lover a delicious pancake stack for Valentines Day. Colored with Pink Pitaya Powder to create the beautiful pink hue.
- 250g spelt flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250ml vegetable milk
- 50ml coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250ml sparkling water
- 2 tsp of unicorn superfoods pink pitaya powder
- Filling: hazelnut cream and almond slivers
- Powdered sugar
- Coconut yoghurt
- Mix all ingredients together to make a creamy batter. Allow to rest briefly and then gradually bake in a shallow pan or crepe pan. Turn once with a spatula.
- Spread with hazelnut cream and layer into a stack. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and fruit and enjoy!
