Ingredients for the Crepes:
250ml plant based milk
1/2 cup Gluten free flour
1/4 cup Almond meal
2 tbsp Protein Powder of your choice

Ingredients for the filling:
Coconut Cream (refrigerated overnight)
.
Toppings: 
Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries
.
Method:
1. Mix all crepe ingredients in a bowl
2. Add crepe mixture to a heated pan
3. Once you have finished cooking the crepes, add blue spirulina, pink pitaya, black goji and beetroot powder to 4 seperate bowls and mix with coconut yoghurt
4. Fill the crepes with coconut yoghurt mixture then top with coconut flakes and fruit
5. Enjoy!
