Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Peanut butter bliss balls (makes 25)

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tsp Beetroot Powder
  • 1 cup walnuts 
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dates
  • 4 pumps vanilla paste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 spoons crunchy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until fine

2. With your hands, roll mixture into balls

3. Spread beetroot powder onto a plate and roll balls into the powder. You can set some aside and roll the rest in desiccated coconut!

4. Enjoy! Refrigerate balls for up to 8 days
